Whats with Apple? Why am I not as excited about Apple products? What is Google doing better?
Apple, please get with the program...
Google Photos - Free Unlimited High Quality storage. people like hoarding their photos.
Apple Photos - 5GB Free iCloud Storage (Total for everything not just pictures.)
gBoard- search right from the keyboard anywhere in any app. and search emoji by key word and
search gifs by keyword.
Apple Keyboard- still the same keyboard since iOS1 give or take a few tune ups.
Google keep- Import all your iCloud notes...
iCloud Notes- OK, No complaints here, notes have improved greatly. Especially the ability to password protect notes is great.
Google Calendar- the agenda view is beautiful with clean interface pleasure to look at.
Apple Calendar- Why is everything so thin that I can't even read the font.
Google Mail,- best mail ever.
iCloud Mail- About 30% of the time I get an error message when trying to search by keyword.
Google Maps- accuracy, incorporates Waze reports, lets you freely move around the map while at a red light and then you tap recenter and it brings you back to your current location.
Apple Maps-The biggest problem with apple maps for me is why, why, why can't I move the map around once in route. It only lets me look around slightly to the right and left as if I have a neck brace on.
Google in Education- Free unlimited storage in Drive, Mail and Photos for schools. Classroom web app where teachers can post assignments, give grades, collaborate with students. Also it links into Google Drive and all other apps like Sheets, Docs and
Apple in Education- Classroom app for iPads that ONLY works on iPad Air 2 or newer. Are you kidding me?
